Introduction
Our Terms of Sale apply to all online sales generated from the Bird Publisher
bookstore website.
Please read these Terms of Sale before placing your order.
These Terms of Sale form a significant part of your contract with us. We strongly
recommend that you print a copy to keep with your purchase documentation.
These Terms of Sale may be changed from time to time without our giving any
notice to you. Any change will apply to all orders received subsequent to the
change.

form a contract.

The Contract
A contract will be formed once you make a payment for the supply of our digital
downloadable editions (pdf books, audio sounds and meditation, video lectures)
and we accept that payment by issuing you with an order confirmation.
The contract between us will be governed by the laws of Slovenia, Europe and
any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Slovenia.
Our Prices
Bird Publisher agree to sell you the digital downloadable editions for the
prices stated on this website. The final price will be that stated in your
order confirmation.
All prices displayed are inclusive of digital delivery.
The editions are sold at the price stated on this website at the date we receive
your payment. If we find a pricing error on our website we will inform you
as soon as possible and give you the opportunity of reconfirming your payment
at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you we will cancel
the payment. If you cancel and you have paid for the digital goods, you will
be given a full refund.
There is no special charge for the delivery of electronic goods and digital
delivery books, audio and video sound ordered from this website. DP, d.o.o.
will provide the facility for you to access your purchases and download them
to a personal computer. (Bird Publisher, DP, d.o.o. reserve the right to substitute
a different form of electronic delivery from time to time e.g. Email or other).
You the purchaser are liable for any custom duties or sales or other tax for
goods downloaded or delivered electronically to personal computers outside
of the European Union.
Delivery of the Service (digital editions as books, video lectures, sounds
and meditations)
Bird Publisher, DP, d.o.o. will provide access to the services that you have
ordered immediately following confirmation of payment and for a period of 48
hours (2 days) following the hour that the order is confirmed. However we can
guarantee delivery by a particular date.
All services are subject to availability if we cannot supply them we will inform
you and you will be given a full refund of what you have been paid. We may
offer a substitute delivery of goods however we will ask you beforehand and
you can still opt to have a full refund.
Accepted methods of payment
Payment may only be made by debit/credit card. We aim to keep details of your
order and payment secure however except in the case of negligence we are not
liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information
provided by you.
Your Rights to Cancel
You may cancel your order for our digital goods under the Distance Selling
Regulations (UK and EU residents only) within 6 days of making your payment
as long as you have not accessed it or downloaded any purchases.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations the provision of digital media downloads
is classified as a service.
When you access your order to download your purchases this is confirmation
that you have asked us to commence the delivery of the service. At this point
you will no longer have the right to cancel your order and to obtain a refund.
Therefore to cancel your order you must do so prior to accessing your order.
Please satisfy yourself that the services and goods that you have ordered meet
your requirements by reviewing the content descriptions and sample pages that
are provided within each digital goods (books, video lecture, sound and meditation)
description.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have accessed your purchase we are unable to make any
refunds.
Submission of your order is conditional on your acceptance of our Terms of
Sale.
