- Books are published in pdf format and they have the same subject as books on cd-s (a book can be reprinted partly or as a whole as many times as you want, you can easilly transfer some specific parts to other forms, make copies as you like for your own purpose, etc.).
- Books are stored in Portable Document Format (PDF). To read them on your computer, or print them on paper, you must have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader program, which is FREE of charge, installed in your computer. - Meditatitive music and sound are in MP3 format. You can put it on one single CD (700 MB) and then listen with apropriate audio player, on cell phone, computor... .
Bird`s recordable video lectures:
- Video lectures are the same as those on dvd-s, they are in AVI format. You can put it on one single CD (700 MB) and then it could be wached with dvd player on TV.
